Uplift – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Uplift, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Exchange Policy (Within 10 Days)
If the product you received is defective, faulty, or incorrect, you are eligible for an exchange within 10 days of delivery.
Please make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags or accessories.
2. Damage Claim (Within 2 Days)
If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Damage claims reported after 2 days will not be accepted.
To request a refund or exchange for a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged and you report it within 2 days.

The product received is completely wrong and cannot be exchanged.
Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.

5. Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Change of mind after order is delivered

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Claims made after the allowed time period (10 days for exchange, 2 days for damage)
6. Shipping Costs
In case of an approved return or exchange:

If the mistake is from our side, Uplift will cover the shipping cost.

If the customer requested an exchange for personal reasons, return shipping charges may apply.
Advance Payment Requirement:
For deliveries to villages, tehsils, chaks, or any remote areas where courier service is limited, an advance payment of Rs. 200 is required. The order will be confirmed and dispatched only after the advance payment is received. If the customer fails to pay the advance amount, the order may be cancelled
