Adjustable Belly & Back Support
Breathable support with an adjustable fit for everyday comfort. Not a treatment or a guarantee of pain relief, reduced swelling, or faster healing.
Post-C-section use & safety
Before using after a C-section, ask your doctor or midwife whether a belt is suitable and when to start. Follow their advice and the product instructions. Do not use if you have been advised against compression, or over an open, irritated, or infected incision.
Start with short periods and take regular breaks. Increase wear gradually only if comfortable and consistent with your clinician’s advice. Keep the fit supportive, not tight: you should be able to breathe and move comfortably. Do not tighten it to flatten your belly.
Remove the belt if you notice pain, pulling at the incision, numbness, skin irritation, breathing discomfort, or new or worsening swelling. Consult a clinician before using it again. Seek prompt medical advice for persistent or worsening symptoms, fever, or wound redness or discharge; get urgent help for chest pain or difficulty breathing.
Choose your size
Measure your current waist where the belt will sit, with the tape level and snug without squeezing. Match your measurement to the waist range in the size selector, not your pre-pregnancy size. Available ranges: Small 26–29, Medium 30–33, Large 34–37, X-Large 38–41, XXX-Large 42–46. Confirm the measurement unit with us before ordering if unsure. If between ranges, ask us for fit guidance rather than choosing a smaller size for extra compression.
